Refund policy
We have a 7-day easy return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can create a return request from the orders page or contact us at support@raulclothing.com with the photo / video of the product received. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for a return pickup with free of cost.
And, for exchanges, we will ship the new product once we receive the actual product and it is verified by us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Color Matching in DTG Printing
We use CMYK ink colors to blend and create unique colors. Although we strive to use the most recent, high-quality color profiles for our printers and inks, color matching is suited for spot color printing and not process printing. Hence, there might be a difference between what you see on your screen and the actual product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
